Title Processor

** THIS POSITION REQUIRES BEING IN OFFICE IT IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION **

Due to our continued growth, AKW Title Group is looking for a title processor to add to our team. Ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, multi-task, work efficiently with industry software, handle customer service in dealing with Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, Buyers, Sellers, Attorneys.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A TITLE PROCESSOR.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate with all parties and obtain all necessary details for an efficient and accurate closing
• Gather payoffs, HOA statements, discharged, commission statements, and any invoices needed for the preparation of the settlement Statement
• Ensuring all liens and judgements are addressed and title is clear before closing
• Preparations of any endorsements/amendments to title as needed
• Preparation of the HUD
• Schedule and arrange closings
• Coordinating with lenders and preparing closing packages
• Disbursements and all post closing including recordings
• Escrow follow calls and coordinating releases

Knowledge and Skills

• Must be customer service oriented, with a client/team serving attitude
• Strong organizational management and people skills with great attention to detail
• Comfortable with change; team environment; and cross-training
