The Research & Development (R&D) Intern supports the R&D team in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the development of new products, processes, or technologies. This role provides hands‑on experience in innovation, problem‑solving, and technical research within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing research experiments and tests
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from experiments and research activities
  • Support the development and improvement of products, processes, or systems
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive research to support innovation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of findings
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, and quality departments
  • Follow safety protocols, lab procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform or assist with any additional assignments as required
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Basic understanding of research methods and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of specialized software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
