Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
- Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management).
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers.
- For the Guest Service Department Manager, ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru organized.
- For the Kitchen Department Manager, ensure high‑quality food, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff on new items.
- For the People Department Manager, hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
- Education through Archways to Opportunity, including options to earn a high school diploma, college tuition assistance, and ESL classes.
