Market Barista

Overview

At Hyatt, we believe our guests choose us because of our caring, attentive associates who create meaningful experiences every day. We are looking for a friendly and service-focused Market Barista to join our Starbucks team located on the resort property.

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to brand and menu standards
• Take guest orders accurately and deliver prompt, welcoming service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
• Proactively upsell s products, seasonal offerings, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience
• Support daily operations, restock products, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
