Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Supervisors to join our vibrant team. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our outlets operate smoothly and guests receive outstanding service. You will supervise staff and day to day operations and ensure compliance with all safety and licensing laws. The ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry, has excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in a similar role.
Must be 18 and over due to serving alcohol unsupervised. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
- Hours are 18-40 per week, straight shifts 5 days out of 7
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train, and mentor staff; schedule shifts and maintain excellent timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as alcohol licensing laws.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining high
-quality standards. - Manage stock levels and raise order requests, ensuring no overstock or stockouts occur.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry and suggest menu changes accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
- Proven experience as a restaurant or bar Supervisor or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast
-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and computer literacy.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service are preferred.
- Personal License and First Aid Qualification preferred
