We are looking for a

* An understanding of the effect of their behavior on our guests, their fellow employees and the reputation of the Company The position will have working knowledge of the wine list offered at the resort with extensive knowledge about each wine offered, its background, taste and is regions history. The Sommelier will also be equipped to make recommendations for wine pairings with all dishes served within the resort.

A successful candidate will also possess extensive customer service experience and previous experience as a Sommelier in a luxury, fine dining location. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
** Responsibilities
* ** Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintaining all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.
* Equipped to make recommendations for wine pairings with all dishes served within the resort.
* Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment on a daily basis in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
* Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated.
* Assist team and DH to assist team in achieving department goals.
* Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager.
