Bistro Attendant

Courtyard by Marriott Orlando airport is seeking an experienced Bistro Attendant for their beautiful hotel! Competitive pay rate is based on experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service, cleanliness, and attention to individual needs.
• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations; complete all side-work according to operational standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverages; confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Accurately take and serve orders using proper procedures; use suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain dining area by pre-bussing and bussing tables; communicate supply needs and support smooth restaurant operations.

• This is a full-time position (at least 30 hours per week).

High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
