Pool Server
I believe successful people are the ones who take the initiative to learn, unlearn and relearn. It’s important to constantly challenge your knowledge and step out of your comfort zone.
Peggy Focheux Duval:
Director of Learning & Development, France
At Hyatt, our guests choose us because of the warm, attentive, and genuinely fun associates who turn a day by the pool into a memorable experience.
As a Pool Server, you’re the sunshine behind the service—taking orders, delivering refreshing drinks, and helping guests soak up every moment of their time in the sun. You’ll get to know our menu, recommend your favorite sips and snacks, and keep the pool deck looking inviting, energetic, and guest‑ready. This role is all about great vibes, friendly conversation, and creating those small moments that make a guest’s stay unforgettable.
This is a seasonal position, and previous serving experience is required, especially in fast‑paced or outdoor environments. Your personality, attention to detail, and ability to stay cool under pressure help set the tone for the entire pool experience. If you love being outdoors, enjoy connecting with people, and have a knack for making someone’s day brighter, we’d love to have you join our team.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight
All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
