Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Part‑Time Server Assistant to join the Food and Beverage team at their Fine‑Dining Italian Restaurant called "La Luce"! This unique property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1,000 guest rooms, 231,000 sqft of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

We are looking for a candidate with comparable experience, ideally from a fine dining environment, as a Server Assistant, Food and Beverage runner, or busser, with full availability to work the ever‑changing hospitality schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: 3-4 shifts per week, full availability with schedules, weekends and holidays as needed, with shifts starting as early as 5 PM and ending as late as 11:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour, plus tips.

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
