Hilton Hotels - Up to $24.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks;
Visually inspect and select food items ideal for cooking and prepare menu items;
Check and control proper storage of products, monitor age and condition, rotate to maintain quality;
Keep refrigeration, storage, and work areas clean and compliant with health regulations;
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items and follow recipes using math skills
