• Proactively support the restaurant team by clearing tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness by wiping down tables and chairs and clearing debris from the floor and surrounding areas.
• Deliver prompt service by resetting tables in a timely manner.
• Monitor dining room activity and support the restaurant team.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate any special needs or guest requests.
• Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Flexibility: the job requires flexibility with workdays and hours.
• Experience:
  
  previous experience passionately providing service to others preferred.
• Knowledge:
  Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required. Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques is preferred.
• People Person: the best part of serving others is creating experiences that go beyond the expected.
• Great communicator: ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.

• Regularly required to walk and stand 6-8 hours per day; possible exposure to basic cleaning supply chemicals.
• Occasionally required to climb and use balance; frequently use hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Environment includes temperature fluctuations (rain, wind, heat, humidity) and moderate to high noise levels.
