We are looking for a Bilingual Supervisor of Service & Operations to support the daily operations of 1803 Pizza Kitchen.

This is not a managerial position, but it does require restaurant experience, leadership skills, and excellent customer service.

This role combines cashier duties, customer service, and operational support during service hours.

• Provide outstanding customer service in English and Spanish
• Handle cashier duties and customer orders
• Support daily restaurant operations during the shift
• Assist and guide staff on the floor when needed
• Promote and sell our menu confidently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards
• Be open to learning and supporting all areas of the restaurant

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and understood)
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, charismatic, and approachable personality
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant
