DescriptionSummary:
The In-Room Dining Server provides outstanding guest service based on Company Standards through prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverage. Ensure proper presentation of VIP and other guest amenities. Accurately close guest checks and coordinate table/tray pick-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver room service orders accurately
- Set up and present food and beverage items neatly
- Ensure guest satisfaction with room service experience
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously
- Process guest payments efficiently
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
Experience/
Qualifications:
- A minimum of six months of server experience required
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
