What’s the role about?

As part of our Orlando Macy’s team, you’ll be joining our concession in Orlando on a part time basis as our PT Sales Associate, who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

• Experience in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
• A team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience.
• Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products.
• Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management.
