Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate to support retail and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is essential to ensuring orders are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare retail and e-commerce orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality
• Label packages and complete required documentation
• Receive, store, and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to read and communicate fluently in English (Spanish a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer or RF scanner proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
