Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep
The Retail Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
- The Retail Representative is a Full‑time role and will service retailers in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. The position is Monday-Friday (4 days a week).

Orlando, FL (within a 25 mile radius) - This position is Full time 32 / hours a week
- Compensation: $18 hourly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.
- Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores
- Drive to various retail locations
- Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves
- Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
- Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team
- Attend client kick‑off video calls
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
- Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders.
- Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available for consumers.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut‑ins.
- Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
- Take pictures of products, displays and competitive sets.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
- Additional activities as requested by company management.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Proof of Automobile insurance
- Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) service and internet service for daily communication.
- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer.
