Job Description Summary Adhere to and practice the company’s service standards with each customer. Meet both sales and work goals as directed by store management, while complying with the Policies and Procedures set by the Company. Lead by example in accuracy and completeness of work. Work collaboratively to present the store, merchandise, and team professionally. Control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions. Process all sales and POS transactions according to policy, maintaining strict control of monies and documentation.

and Responsibilities
Create an excellent shopping experience through awareness and adherence to service standards. Maintain a positive attitude, be willing to serve, and stay well-informed. Promote sales and company rewards programs.Stay informed of current sales promotions.Maintain merchandise presentation, ensuring stock is well-arranged and properly merchandised. Keep all areas clean and organized.Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.Participate in inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and help with merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed.Process sales at the cash register in accordance with policy, ensuring shoes are checked for mates.Handle all POS transactions following established procedures.Principal Working Relationships

Key Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Good communication, organization, and math skills. Experience in retail sales, preferably in specialty retail or footwear. Basic knowledge of company policies, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
