Palm Casual Full-Time Office Manager Responsibilities Customer Service
- Answer all incoming calls with world-class customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Handle Deliveries:
Notify customers of any delays or issues immediately, with a new ETA.
- Maintain high organizational standards.
- Handle deposits, ordering, tracking cushions, and filing paperwork.
- Inventory counts (a few times per year).
- Open transaction reports.
- End-of-month reports.
- Keep the showroom and bathrooms 100% clean and presentable at all times.
- Perform regular dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning tasks.
- This is a great opportunity to observe and learn valuable sales skills from your team leader.
- This will allow you to assist with sales as needed, growing your confidence on the sales floor.

Store Hours 8 am-6 pm Monday - Saturday.
Saturdays are a mandatory workday.
We are closed every Sunday.
