Store Visual Lead

Job Summary

The Store Visual Lead is responsible for the store’s visual presentation and daily visual support, ensuring a compelling brand experience that aligns with Lilly Pulitzer’s vision and core values.

• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate a forward‑thinking approach to the customer experience through merchandising, display, and outfitting.
• Work daily on merchandise placement and standards to maintain sales‑floor product integrity.
• Accountable for bringing Lilly Pulitzer’s operational and visual strategy to life in store.
• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Lead floorsets, visual updates and submit photo uploads.
• Recover, replenish, and update displays due to sell‑through or non‑productive merchandise.
• Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on product selling opportunities and successes.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and corporate visual partners to support organizational goals.

• 2‑3 years of store visual merchandising experience.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising with a keen eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Experience in visual execution in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

This position is classified as full‑time hourly, non‑exempt, and is eligible for overtime. It is eligible for standard company benefits. Given the seasonality of the business, the position may require flexible additional working hours during peak periods. The role requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. The position is reviewed annually.
