Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of the business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a store, including leading the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead the team and set high standards for customer service and product quality.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.

• Staffing and scheduling.
• Paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Cost control and cash management.
• Food management and inventory oversight.
• Maintain a clean store and professional presentation.
• Deliver great customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attendance and punctuality.
• Transportation to and from work.
• Marketing activities and profitability monitoring.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Management experience is a plus.

• Paid training through the Management Development Program.
