** The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, floral production, delivery coordination, inventory management, and team development. This position helps ensure operational excellence while maintaining company standards and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily store operations and overall business performance.
Lead, coach, and develop team members across all departments.
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee training.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor production workflows, order accuracy, and quality standards.
Assist with inventory management, receiving, and product control.
Support delivery operations and logistics coordination.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility.
Help achieve sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
Serve as acting manager during the General Manager's absence.

Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Retail, hospitality, floral, or customer service experience preferred.
