Luxury of Time is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in the heart of Disney Springs. We are currently hiring for:
Cashier and Office Administrator.

If you are passionate about luxury retail, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments responsibly
  • Manage the receiving and sending of merchandise
  • Accurately do an inventory check for the store records
  • Manage Repair shipping every week and the customer shipping log
  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain inventory records and organize documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination
  • Support customer service inquiries and follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate with management on store operations and logistics
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • Administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
