Domino's Pizza is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure high customer service standards, and support team members in achieving store goals.

• Manage all aspects of store operations during shifts, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Maintain 100% compliance with company policies and procedures and set the example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Ensure food management, store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability targets are met.
• Promote a positive, punctual, and well‑driven team culture.

• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare products in accordance with company standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Manage communication written and verbal with customers and co‑workers.
• Oriented and trained on the job.

• Perform accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with or without a calculator.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Use strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate excellent motor coordination for rapid, accurate culinary tasks.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
