Job Overview
As a Certified Make‑Up Artist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., you will combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to support in‑store events and maintain the store’s visual merchandising to differentiate our brand against competitors.
Responsibilities- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Support in‑store events and collaborate with teammates to create impactful customer experiences.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract and retain customers.
- Certified in make‑up artistry or prior retail make‑up experience is preferred; amateur level experience is welcome if you can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Experience using retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (if invited for an interview).
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.50 to $20.00. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget.
