Hourly Wage and Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly wage range is $17 - $30 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
