Job Description

Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading staff, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.

Paid Training

All Assistant Managers are required to complete our Management Development Program. The program provides complete training for those with limited experience and allows experienced managers to self‑pace and fast‑track advancement.

Growth Opportunities

After successfully managing a store for at least one year, Assistant Managers become eligible to apply for franchising. Many of our General Managers began as delivery drivers and today own their own businesses.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and ensuring your crew follows all policies and procedures 100% of the time. The role requires a natural leader who can judge, calculate, and multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
