Job Description

Assistant Managers at Domino's Pizza are responsible for overseeing a store’s daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring high standards for customer service and product quality.

• Manage all shift activities, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, marketing, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure store cleanliness, adherence to brand standards, and excellent customer service.
• Maintain punctuality, reliable transportation, and attendance.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and the ability to multitask.
• Management experience is a plus.

• Paid Management Development Program with self‑paced options for experienced managers.
• Opportunity to advance to General Manager or franchise ownership after at least one year of successful store management.
• Potential for corporate opportunities such as Manager, Corporate Operations.
