Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Oversee the scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives for follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed
