The Inbound Expert supports inbound and outbound operations, ensuring products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, sorting, and maintaining product availability.

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Serve as a front‑line support for back‑up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and drive‑up (DU) services.
• Execute sorting operations, stock, organize and store reserve products, straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for general merchandise categories.
• Operate powered equipment as certified while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, working in a safe manner at all times.
• Support other team members across areas while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Strong customer service orientation, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capable of climbing ladders and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
