JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Perform staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store clean‑up and marketing tasks.
• Maintain a perfect image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and ensure punctual attendance.
• Transport between work and manage store cleanliness.
• Drive profitability and maintain financial accountability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
