JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
- Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set a positive example and follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Perform staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store clean‑up and marketing tasks.
- Maintain a perfect image, adhere to standards, provide great customer service, and ensure punctual attendance.
- Transport between work and manage store cleanliness.
- Drive profitability and maintain financial accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
