Stock Supervisor

As the Stock Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to the store staff and successfully execute company visions and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will supervise and lead the day‑to‑day operations of the stockroom and impact the business by maximizing store profitability, assisting in controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistent and well executed.

You contribute to fostering a positive work environment that puts internal and external customers above all.

How You Will Make a Difference
  • Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
  • Inspire a customer‑centric mindset within the store and model selling behaviours through genuine interactions with consumers.
  • Assist in supervising and coaching a high‑performing team and provide sales‑related feedback.
  • Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
How you will do it
  • Lead an environment of productivity by leading the customer engagement on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement.
  • Execute the management of labour and payroll expenses to maximise sales and productivity under the direction of the Store Manager.
  • Report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
What success looks like
  • Successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals.
  • Lead by example, promote an inclusive store environment, and contribute to great consumer experiences in all situations.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of related professional/retail management experience.
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • Physical requirements:

    standing for the entire shift; ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams, coaching and motivating teams to excel at sales & profit results, proven communication skills, being solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Hiring Range: $18.50 – $23.10 USD per hour.
  • Incentive Potential:
    Eligible for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
