Job Summary: In cooperation with or in the event of the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned Cinnabon store, with the goal of achieving maximum profitability from store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving Cinnabon’s products.
• Work with the Store Manager in recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and training of staff.
• Perform training and review procedures of store personnel.
• Set and tack on store goals, and provide feedback to the Store Manager on progress.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and monitoring in compliance with labor laws; audit all paperwork for accuracy.
• Oversee staff cash handling policies.
• Assist the Store Manager with ordering relevant materials.
• Clean equipment and workplace.
• Encourage positive attitude and motivation among employees.
• Present all information and changes to employees in a positive manner.
• Comply with all Cinnabon’s and Chestnut Land Company’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Management experience in a retail, restaurant, or other fast‑paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
