Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader will lead a high-energy sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue and margin targets at the Orlando outlet. This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive sales excellence, maintain elevated brand standards, and ensure smooth store operations. The leader coaches and develops team members to exceed goals while upholding visual merchandising and operational policies.

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop Team Members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interaction standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory control, and visual merchandising compliance

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
