Aboutthe role
As an in‑store Cash Office & Operations Support colleague, you will act as the main point of contact for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities include supporting POS ticketing, maintaining stock file accuracy, promoting EHS compliance with training, and supporting operational excellence at the store.
What you will be doing- Support the Store Management team by proactively mitigating hazards, conducting training programs, and driving operational excellence
- Support the customer experience by printing POS tickets and updating price adjustments
- Support EHS activities in accordance with local guidelines, including training for new hires and refresher courses
- Raise maintenance repair orders, liaise with contractors, and provide required contractor paperwork
- Assist with reporting and resolving technology repairs in a timely manner
- Input updates to systems, maintain stock file accuracy, and manage the lost‑property process
- Order PPE, store stationery orders, shop‑floor hardware goods, and ensure First Aid kits are stocked
- Conduct routine self‑audits and update the Store Manager / EHS & Operations In‑Store Lead on daily/weekly activities and deadlines
- Efficiently and accurately control cash handling operations
- Note any till discrepancies
- Prepare tills for the following day
- Detailed‑oriented, fashion‑loving individual with at least 2 years of experience handling cash procedures and retail experience
- Passionate about people and creating amazing experiences
- Honest, strong communicator with a listening ear, who shares ideas and can get involved when needed
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Team player with high motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Interest in fashion and the latest looks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Competitive starting base pay with $0.50 increases at 6 months and 12 months of employment

Base rate: $16.50 per hour (good faith estimate of minimum and maximum depending on geographic region, job‑related skills, and experience).
