Merchandiser – Orlando, FL. Full‑Time/Part‑Time. Salary $15–$20 per hour. Benefits begin after 30 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Hourly pay starts at $15 to $20 per hour based on experience, with reimbursement allowances and opportunity to learn and grow.

• Deliver great service to customers by ensuring shelves are stocked with products in right quantities and displays optimize sales.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
• Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs.
• Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis and 50 lbs on occasion.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
