We’re looking for a Food service Specialist who is passionate about customer service, committed to quality, and excited to make an impact in our store’s café and food service area.

As a key member of our food service team, you’ll help create a clean, inviting, and customer‑focused environment every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude
• Assist with purchases and provide helpful recommendations
• Share samples and promote specials to boost engagement and sales

• Prepare, present, and maintain stock levels of all food items
• Ensure proper storage, dating, rotation, and quality standards
• Support new food service program rollouts and sampling initiatives

• Clean counters, equipment, floors, and storage areas
• Monitor the kiosk and assist customers with ordering
• Address equipment issues and notify management when needed

• Monitor customer lines and open registers as needed
• Complete required training and assist with onboarding new associates
• Help audit food inventory and support accurate stock levels
• Jump in on additional tasks as assigned by management

• Food service Specialist / Café Food service Specialist:
  No education requirement
• Lead Food service Specialist:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
• Able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• Basic math and computer skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay for this position starts at: $14.00 per hour
