Job Overview

Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will support both sales and operations, leverage cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and the retail store, and collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team of associates.

• Deliver an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales and Operations.
• Leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between the website and the retail store.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to help customers live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by providing product knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback per the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify, communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience (prior management experience is a plus).
• Knowledge & familiarity with active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
