Start your career as a Trainee in our 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue to grow by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Explore opportunities to promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader), and ultimately apply for the Assistant Manager position with a 6‑month training program.

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

As part of our customer service team you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
• Performing opening and closing store duties

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus
• Sales background is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
