Under the direction of the Team Leader and Production Team Leader, the Textile Sorter is to process and sort all textile donations. Primary duties include sorting donated textiles based on quality and brand. In addition, the Textile Sorter must maintain the production area by keeping work station clean, neat, and in a safe condition.

• Sort donated textile and place non-sellable items into outlet containers.
• Sort donated textile and place non-seasonal back stock items in company provided back stock boxes.
• Keep production area clean, neat, and safe.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.

• Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our Core Principles.
• Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Production Leader.

Previous retail and/or stack handling experience is preferred.

Level 1:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds, using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Beginner knowledge of computers is required.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
