• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
• Maintain a general awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise, promotions, demo merchandise and sales advertisements to better serve customers, while also maintaining flexibility to work in different departments as needed.
• Maintain the flow of product to the sales floor from the store receiving areas and assist with markdown and clearance management per company guidelines.
• Assist with the execution of all visual merchandising standards, including signage and displays.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed.
• Maintain database and file shipping/receiving records for the department.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving throughout the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Have a working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems.
• Ability to tag, hang, and sensor merchandise.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• 1+ years of experience working in a retail/apparel environment or golf industry (preferred, but not required).
• Strong knowledge of apparel and golf (both a plus, but not required).
