What You’ll Do

- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided)
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexibility for weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days (e.g., Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day)
- A self‑starter with the ability to drive results
- Energetic and motivated, a true brand ambassador
- Customer‑service obsessed; ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion
