Sales Associate

Overview

The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role focuses on connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a high‑energy store experience that excites customers.

Sales Associates act as friendly brand ambassadors, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store activities, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Customer Experience & Sales:

• Welcome customers and make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel, including add‑ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers choose items they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care to ensure timely delivery.

Store Operations & Execution:

• Assist with daily store tasks such as restocking, maintaining the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle company and customer information responsibly while maintaining confidentiality.

Teamwork & Culture:

• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching to grow and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment.

• Rate of Pay: $15.00 / hour
