Responsibilities- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and cultivate relationships with teammates.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
- Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends.
- Possess and consistently exhibit competencies related to the position.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to operate independently, with discretion and under pressure.

- Well‑developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Maintain reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
- 18 or older; high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Must be able to occasionally stand, walk, use hands, climb or balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.
