Overview

Responsibilities
  • Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
  • Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
  • Lead discussions in diverse groups and cultivate relationships with teammates.
  • Operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
  • Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends.
  • Possess and consistently exhibit competencies related to the position.
  • Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Ability to operate independently, with discretion and under pressure.
  • Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and set high performance standards.
  • Well‑developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
  • Maintain reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • 18 or older; high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
  • Must be able to occasionally stand, walk, use hands, climb or balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.
