Our DOTS Sales Associates help achieve Trek’s Mission by providing incredible hospitality to customers and changing the world by getting more people on bikes. From the moment customers arrive in our parking lot to when they leave on their bicycles or drive away, Sales Associates act as Guides, taking customers through everything they need to accomplish their cycling goals, keep their bicycles performing as designed, and ensuring they have a great experience on their rides.

• Develop sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing and on-the-job experience.
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets of at least $400,000 per fiscal year for full‑time Sales Associates.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Use the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with incredible hospitality.
• Follow through on quotes and lead‑list communications.
• Make decisions regarding the care of—and doing the right thing for—customers.
• Maintain Trek University Guide status by completing Trek U modules to further product knowledge.

• Complete daily task‑list assignments.
• Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to visual standards, including product placement, price auditing and restocking.
• Complete weekly cycle counts.
• Assemble or pre‑assemble new bicycles.
• Prep customer bikes for service by Service or Production Technicians.
