Sales Associate – Regular

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate the selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing exceptional service using product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit Core Values.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and comply with policies and the Company Code of Conduct.
• Maintain store appearance and standards.
• Participate in visual merchandising and product displays.
• Stay informed about promotions, events, and seasonal inventory.

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail industry.
• Ability to stand on feet and maneuver within the store throughout shift hours.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Classified as part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt. Position is based In‑Store at a Lilly Pulitzer retail location. The role may require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and the detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook is required. Position reviewed annually.
