Sunglass Hut, part of Essilor Luxottica, seeks motivated Sales Associates to provide an authentic, energetic experience for customers and help them find premium quality eyewear across a dynamic retail environment.

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Become a vision expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
• Learn and grow through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the space clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion and respect, cultivating an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Sales savvy with strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Fashion forward with interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and continually learn.

Pay Range:

- 17.08. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, and qualifications. Competitive bonus and/or commission may also be offered, complementing a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
