Park Quality Ambassador

at seaworld, we’re seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard‑working individuals to become our park quality ambassadors.

working as a park quality ambassador, you’ll perform a wide variety of prep duties prior to the park opening. This will include:

• blow packing
• pressure washing
• recycling/solid waste
• trash removal/disposal
• sweeping
• vacuuming
• mopping
• window and mirror washing
• restroom cleaning
• office, breakroom and hallway cleaning
• store/merchandise area cleaning
• cobweb removal/cleaning
• storage room/area cleaning
• assisting in our warehouse as needed

working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality.

you will:

• follow standard operating procedures related to park opening
• deliver a consistently high‑quality product
• provide excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• perform other duties as needed

must be available to work primarily between the hours of 3:30am–12:00pm, be at least 18years old (not in high school), have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company driving guidelines, be able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 75lbs, be able to walk, stand for an entire shift, and climb/ascend stairs.

strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes, availability to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include working primarily overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Model of consistently giving extraordinary service on the job, excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of the park quality department, detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, highly motivated department role model, ability to effectively communicate information to both ambassadors and guests.
