Job Title:

Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder / Lead Pawn Broker).

Pay: $16 to $17 per hour based on experience, with paid training, bonus potential and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
  • Process loans and extensions, negotiating satisfactory terms for pawned items.
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures.
  • Supervise and coach store team members.
  • Set a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from the competition.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build ongoing customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
  • Sales background is a plus.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to read and manage customer needs.
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
