Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise ("Every Day Should Feel This Good") and makes service a top priority.

• Generate sales and meet goal measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Ensure the store reflects the vision to customers through hosting the party
• Lead mail‑capture initiatives and educate new associates on best practices
• Keep the customer wish list current and notify customers when products arrive
• Assist with training new associates and foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic crew and customer environment
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams
• Support store and team‑building activities with the management team
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls and loss prevention awareness at all times
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contribute to weekly product feedback

Wage range for this role is $16-$20.61 per hour
