Job Title:
Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder / Lead Pawn Broker).
Pay: $16 to $17 per hour based on experience, with paid training, bonus potential and benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Process loans and extensions, negotiating satisfactory terms for pawned items.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Supervise and coach store team members.
- Set a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from the competition.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build ongoing customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
- Sales background is a plus.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Ability to read and manage customer needs.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
